Since the first batch of operation team left for Mexico in March this year, the construction of Xusheng Group's Saltillo plant has pressed the “accelerator button”. Covering an area of 465 acres (about 31 hectares), this intelligent manufacturing base in North America is showing the world Xusheng's hardcore strength and determination to globalize with “China's speed”. At present, the first phase of the factory has entered the key stage of water and electrical commissioning and orderly construction of equipment, and the first production line will be fully completed at the end of May, with the first OTS samples expected to be delivered at the end of June!
I. Construction progress: full speed ahead, countdown to the first production line
(I) Infrastructure closing, machine processing equipment in position
The main structure of the factory has been fully roofed, and the debugging of water, electricity and gas infrastructure has entered the final stage. Machine processing equipment all installed, the first intelligent production line into the final assembly stage. Factory planning covers high-pressure die-casting and post-treatment processes, the future will gradually form a complete industrial chain covering new energy vehicles, energy storage and other emerging areas of core components.
(II) Team synergy and accelerated localization process
Three batches of Sino-Mexican joint teams have gathered in Saltillo, and the first batch of Mexican employees have completed pre-service training and put into equipment commissioning. The local technical backbone “passing on” program has been implemented simultaneously, providing a solid guarantee for the delivery of OTS samples in June.

With the trade convenience of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement and the geographical advantage of being adjacent to the U.S., Mexico has become the core of Xusheng's globalization strategy. After the plant is fully commissioned, it will become the largest overseas manufacturing center of the Group after the Ningbo base, providing one-stop solutions of “zero time difference response and localized delivery” for North American customers.

Relying on the whole process, the Mexico plant will realize closed-loop production from raw materials to finished products, significantly reducing logistics and time costs. In the future, the plant will be able to respond quickly to the localized procurement needs of well-known international automobile enterprises, further consolidating Xusheng's global market share in the lightweight field.
